Patient Service Representative

RCP is hiring immediately for Patient Service Representatives, both English and Spanish speaking.RCP is the premier provider of managing patient self-pay accounts for hospital business offices. RCP offers a professional, dynamic, family-orientated, and team environment that provides positive benefits for both patients/guarantors and hospitals, while providing employees an exceptional work environment with very competitive wages and benefits.Core Qualifications:
•Desire to show care and empathy towards patients/guarantors;
•Minimum of one year of experience in a medical billing or a medical claims processing environment including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory care centers, third party administrators, or insurance companies.Compensation and Benefits:
The PSR position is a full-time position with a starting hourly wage of $10-$15 based upon previous experience and the opportunity to earn up to an additional 10% bonus. RCP offers a progressive benefit package.Send resume or prior work experience to:

REQUIREMENTS
Core Qualifications:
•Desire to show care and empathy towards patients/guarantors;
•High school graduate required; some college preferred;
•Minimum of one year of experience in a medical billing or a medical claims processing environment including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory care centers, third party administrators, or insurance companies; and
•Excellent telephone and communication skills including a clear and easily understandable voice and the ability to clearly communicate account and billing issues to patients/guarantors.
