RCP is hiring immediately for Patient Service Representatives, both English and Spanish speaking.RCP is the premier provider of managing patient self-pay accounts for hospital business offices. REQUIREMENTS
Core Qualifications:
•Desire to show care and empathy towards patients/guarantors;
•High school graduate required; some college preferred;
•Minimum of one year of experience in a medical billing or a medical claims processing environment including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory care centers, third party administrators, or insurance companies; and
•Excellent telephone and communication skills including a clear and easily understandable voice and the ability to clearly communicate account and billing issues to patients/guarantors.
