Patient Benefit Verification Reps

Essential Duties:

Candidate will contact insurance companies on behalf of the physician’s office to verify patient benefits for an infusion therapy. Candidate will ask appropriate questions regarding patient’s benefits and complete appropriate forms to document patient’s benefits coverage.

***NO ONE WITHOUT HEALTHCARE/INSURANCE EXP. WILL BE CONSIDERED**

SPECIAL PROJECT. Expected start date November 6th.
3-4 months

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: RESUMES MUST BE E-MAILED TO BE CONSIDERED.

--Previous experience in working with private insurance carriers to handle benefit insurance inquiries.

--Strong customer service experience to include background in collecting information via telephone.

--Experience with communicating with physician offices and a basic understanding of general medical terminology (patient diagnosis, insurance information, provider numbers etc.)

--Display strong attention to detail and processes, and be highly accountable.

--Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

--Display a strong work ethic and professionalism.

****Ability to work 8 hour shift between the hours of 8 am – 8 pm, Monday thru Friday****

--Must have reliable transportation.
