Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate is responsible to provide customer service to patients, MDOs and sales associates. The Patient Advocate is also responsible for the accurate and responsive intake of new patient referrals via inbound and outbound calls from our referred patients.
REQUIREMENTS
*Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
*Outstanding communication and customer service skills
*Demonstrate accuracy and completeness in capturing and documenting all appropriate patient demographic information.
*Ability to manage large case loads and upsurges in production without loss of focus and with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
*Highly skilled call center rep or with 2-5 years of experience. Experience in a heavy call volume environment also acceptable.*Proficient computer skills
*Ability to multi-task within an inbound and outbound call center environment.
