Patient Account Reps (Insurance & Self Pay)

Patient Account Representative - MUST HAVE ABILITY TO DIFFERENTIATE INSURANCE PAYMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS. A Patient Account Representative is an extension of a client’s business staff and will work as a liaison between the patient, insurance company & healthcare provider to resolve credit and collection balances.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to differentiate between insurance payments & adjustments!
Interpret EOB’s!
Research and problem solving skills
1-2 years experience with a healthcare provider or outsourcing company.
High School graduate required.
Computer skills in a Windows environment (Word and Excel) are required as well.
Self Pay representatives scheduled evenings and weekends as needed.
Bi-Lingual a Plus

Salary will commensurate with experience.
