Pathology/Client Service Support

We are currently looking for a Pathology/Client Service Support to perform a variety of clerical, technical and client service task, assist laboratory personnel by receiving, logging, accessioning specimens. Selected candidate will also work with accessioning, client service departments as well as laboratory managers and laboratory personnel, pathologist and doctor's office personnel.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: promptly answering client inquiries, resolving issues; ensuring accessioning done properly; maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information concerning patients, physician's, employees, clients; entering report data and laboratory results in accordance with State and Federal guidelines; performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for success are: High School or equivalent, 2-3 years of client service/accessioning experience, ability to use office machines, such as fax, copy, and printer, strong MS Office software knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills.
