Paryoll Processing Manager

ADP, with $8.5 billion in revenues and approximately 590,000 clients worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions. Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; and computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers.





Manages the payroll input, review, and first line service functions performed by the processing team specialists for ADP's managed payroll clients. Ensures that quality control procedures are documented and that associates consistently adhere to them to produce consistently high quality results. Provides input to the budget process and manages budget and resources throughout the year. Achieves productivity goals set for the payroll processing team.













This position directly impacts retention of our managed payroll clients as well as our relationship with our RSM partners because of the importance of quality results. It can also impact our ability to grow this business due to either positive or negative feedback in the market. Effective management of resources and continuous development of best practices are essential to the profitability of this business.

REQUIREMENTS






Education:



Minimum Associates degree, or 5 years of ADP experience required.



Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of ADP experience required. This experience can be in Teledata, Client Services, Implementation, or Operations, with some leadership experience preferred.
