Parts Specialist New Jersey

Looking for motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to work as a Parts Specialist in Cherry Hill, NJ. for a mid size HVAC company in a new parts/service location. Duties include, Parts Identification for HVAC and Controls products, counter sales person, order fullfillment, expedite orders, purchaing, warranty returns and helping with inventory, shipping and receiving when needed.

Primary customers are contractors, hvac/plumbing companies, owners/builders, construction managers for all commercial properties.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills.
2. Knowledge of HVAC a plus for this position.
3. Assist in developing processes for Parts Center
4. Help in the marketing of the parts center and its growth
in the Cherry Hill area.
5. Service to our internal customers/service personnel as
well as outside customers.
6. Maintain an efficient Parts Counter.
7. Partner with PA parts service center.
