Part Time Item Processing Clerk/Lock Box

What will you be doing?

Handle all aspects of an image based proof department, as well as process lockbox deposits for our large commercial customers.
Process proof work from both the bank teller line (Proof of Deposit Work) and from correspondent banks (inclearings).
Sort, open and process customer lockbox deposits.
Process loan payments.
Assist other departments as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need to qualify?
High school degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year in an image based proof department preferred.
Applicant must be able to process work with a very high degree of accuracy.
Good Verbal skills, must be able to communicate with lockbox customers on a daily basis.
Knowledge of Wndows based computer systems a must. Skills with 10 key operations a plus.
Availability to work 8:30am-1:30pm 4 days/ week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). Some Saturdays possible.
