Part-Time File/Mail Clerk (Hurst)


The job -
We're looking for a part-time person with a minimum of three to six months experience as a File/Mail Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for the set-up of files, preparing files and file boxes to be sent to storage, and delivering certified mail to the post office daily. You will also assist the Administrative Assistant as needed with phones, letters and other administrative duties.

Qualifications-

•Previous Filing (alpha and numeric) experience
•Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and the Internet.
•High school diploma or GED required
•Three to six months related experience and/or training
•Flexibility to travel occasionally to on-site office as required.

To be considered, you must be available to work Monday through Friday, (25 hours per week). Also, you must be physically able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
