Part Time Customer Service Reps - Hartford

15 Part Time Positions Available Immediately!



Kelly Services, in partnership with a major newspaper in downtown Hartford, CT is recruiting for Part Time Customer Service Representatives. Positions are estimated to be 3-6 months long and are scheduled to start asap. Pay Rate is $10.00 per hour.



DUTIES:



Handle in bound calls from newspaper customers

Answer questions regarding newspaper delivery service

Resolve issues such as vacation hold requests, invoice and delivery questions




QUALIFICATIONS:



Strong customer service skills

Computer and data entry skills

Team player with excellent attendance and reliable transportation

Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced team environment

Drug and Background screens required prior to placement





CHOOSE THE SCHEDULE THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU:



1. Saturday and Sunday mornings ONLY


6AM – 12PM



2. Monday through Friday and Sunday Morning


Morning or Afternoon shift (Shifts are for 4 hours) plus Sunday 6AM – 12PM
