Part Time Customer Service Representatives - Canton, MA

Veritude, in partnership with Computershare a global share registry and leading provider of financial market services, is currently searching for customer service reps to make out bound phone calls to current shareholders.



Responsibilities

-Following a prepared script, representative(s) will make outbound calls to current shareholders with the goal of soliciting their participation by voting in a fund proxy.

-Guiding current shareholders through the voting process

-Engaging individuals at a professional level and overcoming objections

-Registering shareholder information in a Windows based environment.

-Involvement in interactive training to provide consistent skills improvement







Schedule(NOT FLEXIBLE)

Mon-Thur

5:30pm-11:00pm

and

Sat 12pm-6pm



Pay:

$13/hr

REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:

Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills.

Clear, professional articulation

Ability to listen and apply acquired skills when engaging shareholders

Strong personal character and rapport that comes across on the phone.

Working knowledge of MS Windows
