Part Time Customer Service Call Center Rep
Uline, a rapidly-growing international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks Part Time Customer Service Representatives for their distribution center in Waukegan, Illinois, north of Chicago.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Option # 1 - Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Option # 2 - Monday through Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Must be available to train for the first 3 weeks from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Process customer orders via phone

Answer calls daily in a high-volume, fast-paced call center

Must enjoy interacting with customers while representing the company professionally

Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers

Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30wpm

Bachelor's degree a plus
