Current Openings:
We have immediate openings for full-time, part-time and weekend positions. We need Cashiers, Valets, Traffic Directors (non-driving), Shuttle Bus Drivers, Maintenance Porters and Parking Attendants (driving and non-driving) for positions throughout the Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Orange County areas.

Parking Attendants
Parking Attendants
• Duarte, Parking Attendant needed for a weekend position. Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Pays $7.50 per hour; no benefits.
• Westwood, Parking Attendant/Cashier needed for a full-time weekday position. Monday thru Friday, from 10:30am to 7:00pm. Pays $8.50 per hour; plus benefits.
• Sherman Oaks, Parking Attendant/Cashier needed for a full-time weekday position. Monday thru Friday, from 10:30am to 7:00pm. Pays $8.50 per hour; plus benefits.
• Downtown Los Angeles, part-time Parking Attendant/Cashier needed for an afternoon day shift. Monday thru Friday, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. Pays $8 to $8.50 per hour, depending on experience; plus benefits.
• Tarzana, part-time Parking Attendant needed for an afternoon day shift. Monday thru Friday, from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Pays $8 per hour; no benefits.
• Tarzana, full-time Parking Attendant needed for a day shift. Monday thru Friday, from 10:00am to 6:30pm. Pays $8 per hour; plus benefits.
• Pasadena, Parking Attendant needed for a full-time weekday position. Monday thru Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Pays $7 per hour; no benefits.
• Los Angeles, busy off-airport parking facility (near LAX) has openings for Parking Attendants. These are fulltime positions which pay $8.00 per hour and include benefits. Must be able to drive an automatic and stick shift vehicle. Must posses a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
* Shift 1: Monday thru Friday, from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
* Shift 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – from 6:30am to 3:00pm and Saturday & Sunday, from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
* Shift 3: Monday, Wednesday and Friday – from 1:00pm to 9:30pm and Saturday & Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Parking Valets
• Los Angeles, full-time Valet Attendant. Monday thru Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Pays $8.00 per hour; plus benefits.
• Santa Monica, part-time Valet for the weekend. Saturday and Sunday, from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Pays $6.92 per hour; no benefits.
• Los Angeles, full-time Valet needed for an early weekday shift. Monday thru Friday, from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Pays $8 per hour; plus benefits.
• Downtown LA Omni Hotel, PT Valet: Various hours, nights and weekends. Pays $7.00 per hour; no benefits. This location has tips.
• Downtown LA Sheraton Hotel, PT Valet: Various week days and 16 hours. Pays $8.00 per hour; no benefits. This location has tips.

San Diego & Surrounding Area Positions
• Carlsbad, part-time Traffic Director needed. Wednesday, from 11:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday, from 8:00am to Noon. Pays $8 per hour; no benefits.
• Mission Viejo, full-time Shuttle Driver needed during the week. Monday thru Friday, from 10:30am to 7:00pm. Pays $10 per hour; plus benefits.
• San Diego, full-time Parking Attendant needed for a non-driving position. Monday thru Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Pays $8.25 per hour; plus benefits.
• Cashiers, Supervisors and Maintenance personnel needed for a location that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Three shifts are available: Morning to Afternoon, Afternoon to Evening and Graveyard. Pays $8 to $11 per hour, depending on experience and the position shift. Carpool Coordinator/Parking Attendant
• Brea, Carpool Coordinator needed for a busy lot. Monday thru Friday, from 6:45am to 2:45pm. Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word programs. Pays $12 per hour; no benefits.

Traffic Director (non-driving positions)
• Upland, full-time position: Monday thru Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday, from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Pays $8.00 per hour; no benefits.

Maintenance Porters
• Glendale, part-time Maintenance Porter needed for a morning shift. Monday thru Friday, from 7:00am to 11:00am. Pays $8 per hour; plus benefits.
• Downtown Los Angeles, part-time Maintenance Porter needed for a weekend shift. Saturday and Sunday, from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Pays $8.50 per hour; no benefits.
• Santa Monica, part-time Maintenance Porter needed for a late night short shift. Friday and Saturday, from 9:00pm to 12:00am. Pays $8 per hour; no benefits.

Landscape Maintenance Position
• Ontario & San Bernardino: Landscape Maintenance Porter full-time position. Sunday thru Thursday, from 6:00am to 3:00pm (which includes a 1 hour lunch). Pays $11 per hour; no benefits. Main Responsibilities Maintain property as presentable. Other Duties: touch-up painting and repairs, high pressure spray washing, landscaping outdoor projects, light maintenance work, trash pickup and some sweeping required, graffiti removal and some light repairs.

Sign Design & Manufacturing
• Sign Designer & Manufacturer needed for a full-time position, to work in the Valley. Schedule is flexible but most hours will be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must have experience designing flat signage (preferably on VELXi 7.5 software), using aluminum, PVC and coroplast substrates and applying vinyl. May be involved in signage installation. Shop address is in Pacoima, San Fernando Valley. Pays $11 to $15 per hour, depending on experience; plus benefits.

Management Positions
• Floater needed for the Pasadena, Glendale & Arcadia area. Must be able to work any day for any shift. This position works at various locations filling in for employees on vacation or not at work. Pays $10 to $13 per hour, depending on experience; plus benefits.
• Parking Supervisor needed for a busy downtown Los Angeles location. Parking experience preferred but not required. Must have management or supervisory experience. Monday thru Friday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Pays $10 to $11 per hour, depending on experience; plus benefits.

Los Angeles: we need part-time Security Officers for special events. This position pays $9 an hour. Flexible shifts are available. A Guard Card is required.
Los Angeles: we need a full-time Field Supervisor. Must have 3 years of current security experience; baton and chemical agents’ certification. Must have clean DMV record.
China Town Area (Los Angeles): we need a part-time or full-time Security Officer who is bi-lingual in English and Chinese. Pays $9 per hour; plus benefits for full-time. A Guard Card is required.

REQUIREMENTS
High school or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
For driving positions, you must possess a valid driver's license, know how to drive a stick shift and possess a clean DMV driving record.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to maintain a pleasant and mannerly demeanor when speaking on the telephone and with the public.
Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints.
