PT Rep-Retail Service Tech

1-Troubleshoot customer complaints with isolation to a specific complete part (cable, handset, antenna, etc.) and repair or replace same, utilizing basic test equipment. Provide customer with basic training on operation of phone and accessories. 2 - Become familiar with manufacturers warranty repair procedures and process warranty repairs accordingly. 3 - Adhere to proper inventory and cash control procedures. 4 - Programming, testing and alignment of cellular equipment. 5 - Orders necessary parts for repairs and maintains record for tracking of all equipment in repair. 6 - Balances warranty claims to ensure proper payments received. 7 - Responsible for calibration and proper operation of test equipment. 8 - Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner. 9 - Obtain and maintain MFR. Certification of core product line. 10 - Perform any other duties required to meet departmental and company goals. 11 - Ensure all service work is properly documented and entered into the tracking system. 12 - Daily focus on customer satisfaction ensuring survey cards are handed out, call backs completed and submit monthly report. 13 - Obtain and maintain required tools from company tool list.
Job Requirements
1 year electronics education or equivalent experience Maintain valid driver's license. 1-2 years prior cellular experience desired Hours worked will be that of the retail channel to include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Helping out at other locations as the needs of the business changes is a must. Professional and effective communication skills Strong interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills.
