Due to expansion, our client is seeking a highly organized, self managed, service minded individual for this diverse position that blends project management, client services & administrative support.

Consideration will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of project management experience or administrative experience managing detailed projects from beginning to end; from the medical / medical-related, pharmaceuticals, consulting services, accounting or legal industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint is required. A professional phone presence is necessary. Job stability is essential.

This is not an administrative support position, however prospective candidates must possess the willingness & flexibility to pitch-in & perform some administrative duties as needed.
