We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Accounts Management Group located in Prospect Heights, IL.

PROGRAM MANAGER - Prospect Heights, IL

Responsibilities:
Dedicated single point of contact, accountable for integrated projects and transactions service delivery
Accountable to Client Centers of Excellence (COE) and CRM's
Gatekeeper on requirements from CRM's and CRENA/JLL Initiatives
Manage and direct activities of JLL functional project and transaction executives
Establish key annual objectives with Client's COE's, JLL COE's and Advisory Execs
Lead JLL participation with Client's COE's and CRM's in setting KPI's
Drive key initiatives and priorities through JLL integrated functional teams
Monitor the team's performance against KPI's and key initiatives
Lead the regularly scheduled team updates with Client COE's & CRM's
Liaise with COE's, Strategy Advisors and Functional leads on specific key projects and transactions
REQUIREMENTS
Must be an energetic and experienced professional with high interactive and personal skills
Ability to support and enhance project management service delivery
Strength in reporting and communicating to multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
