PC Technician

Establish a rapport with customers and fulfill customer requests within the assigned support territory. Work closely with IS support staff to monitor hardware and software installations. Provide answers to information services related questions in a polite, prompt, and comprehensive manner.The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria: Possess an Associates degree preferred and/or two years of field support/helpdesk experience.
Have strong customer service skills required
A+ certification preferred, but not required.
