Multiple openings at the help desk of a major home networking hardware manufacturer in Tempe.
We are looking for Level 1 Technical Support Agents to assist the end users of a reputable Internet Service Provider (ISP) with hardware configuration and network connectivity issues.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates that have a basic understanding of the technologies used to access the internet including, TCP/IP, Wired & Wireless Routers, Broadband Modems, Windows OS Navigation, Network Adapters, Cat 5 Ethernet Cable, DNS and DHCP Servers.
There is no previous experience required but, all applicants must pass a technical assessment test in order to qualify for the position. All applicants must also be at least 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.
