Attentive Personnel Staffing Services is a Professional Recruitment Firm, specializing in the Contract, Temp-Hire, and Direct Hire placement of a wide variety of professionals at all skill levels.

We are currently recruiting a PT Medical Receptionist to start immediately! Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 3:30-8:00

This is a long term contract position!

Responsibilities for this position are:
* Managing multiple line phone system
* Processing service requests
* Obtaining information regarding patient admittance
* Handling confidential correspondence
* Medical transcription
* Patient referrals after hours
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have excellent telephone skills, strong medical terminology, and strong knowledge of computers! Must have great attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor! Prior experience in a medical office is preferred.
