Project Manager

Ability to manage projects for a Digital Imaging Consulting firm. Will help clients ensure the results sought from their digital imaging investments
Will lead projects at client sites for all phases of the life cycle. Must have foundational consulting skills, project management skills (PMP certification preferred), along with healthcare digital imaging knowledge and skills.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the respective level of associate in the client organization.
Develop proposals or portions thereof, maintaining firm/service group qualifications, and assisting in the developing or delivering of marketing presentations.
Consulting and technology thought leadership
Ensure industry leadership of technology innovation by leveraging the latest technologies to solve pressing Digital Automation problems (business, operational and clinical problems) through the active delivery of this thought leadership at client and industry venues
Manage client project expectations and satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications

Bachelors degree required, graduate degree preferred in either computer science, mathematics, engineering, finance, healthcare systems or administration. 3 years healthcare experience in either Radiology, Cardiology or Emergency Department
Must have PMI/PMP certification or equivalent experience.
Consulting experience (preferably in healthcare and/or radiology and/or PACS).
Must have experience with and knowledge of the following project management tools and processes, business process definition, redesign and implementation, financial modeling and analysis, functional requirements definition and deliverable development, business process reporting, monitoring and compliance, business process reporting tools development and usage (e.g., Brio or Crystal Reports).
Proven ability to establish credibility with healthcare and information technology staffs of large healthcare systems and medical organizations.
Data driven skills and experience
Longevity in past positions (no job hoppers)
Understands processes, workflow and measurement of data
Superior verbal and written communication skills with customer and vendors
Demonstrated problem solving skills and project management skills
Must be very organized and multi-tasking
Demonstrated success in working directly with customers, vendors, and leading cross-functional teams
