MARKET SUPERVISOR – San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland

This position is responsible for managing all direct merchandising activities within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include meeting and/or exceeding projected merchandising and sales goals, training and developing part-time Sales Merchandisers, implementing sales strategies, developing weekly plans, providing budget requirements, and to remain up to date on new products.

Lindt & Sprungli offers a base salary (DOE) plus a quarterly bonus.
