Outbound Call Center Sales Representatives

Upgrading existing customers to higher levels of service. Selling Cablevision services to Non Subscribers. Proper disposition of all sales calls. Responsible for performing any and all administrative tasks through use of appropriate company documentation relating to the installation and service of cable television by ensuring documentation is completed in a full and accurate manner. Responsible for informing other Cablevision departments of any and all issues that may extend beyond the positions current knowledge or skill level, for the purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior telemarketing and/or customer service experience a plus.
Must have good communication skills.
College graduate preferred with related technical education or the equivalent experience in sales.
Articulate with strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Basic PC/ Keyboard skill required.
