Outbound Call Center Lead Generation

·Conduct 60-90 outbound campaign calling & relationship mgt. activities per day to business prospects in assigned territory.
·Create customer interest, answer questions and initiate sales process; lead generation
·Process inbound calls, answer questions and initiate sales process; lead generation
·Capture pertinent customer data elements to increase knowledge of customer, their environments, and needs and update in Marketing Database
·Prepare tracking reports; activities, leads, etc.
·Establish and maintain relationship with channel sales team

REQUIREMENTS
·4-6 years of Sales, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Telesales experience
·Excellent Phone & Communication Skills
·Working knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, & Outlook
·Ability to work in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change
·Requires strong analytical and administration skills
·Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus (ex: Remedy, Salesforce.com, Siebel, etc.)
