Order Management Representative

Candidates must be able to work independently as well as a team. Complexity of information and the frequent receipt of changing data require independent judgment and action based on demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing process. Must be organized, quick-thinker, exude optimism, energy and enthusiasm.
Candidates should have experience in managing customers specifications, interpreting bills of materials, prints and method sheets, is essential. Knowledge of materials utilized and method planning is necessary. Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to perform data management is crucial.
REQUIREMENTS
An associate’s degree or two or more years of specialized training or equivalent successful work experience in an account/program manager function within the PC Board contract manufacturing arena would be ideal. Familiarity with MRP, MAX, and FileMaker is a plus. Must have Microsoft Excel.
