Order Entry/CSR - Elgin - 12/hr
Purpose:
Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is looking for an order entry/customer service representative. This position is a 3 month contract located in Elgin, paying $12/hr.
On a day to day basis, individuals will be coordinating with customers via phone, email and fax. Candidates will be processing orders and entering reports on returns and adjustments.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Individuals should possess solid communication and computer skills. Knowledge of SAP is a huge plus, but not required.
