The following is a full time direct hire opening with a premier packaging company, located in Chicago, IL.

***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS. EXPERIENCE WITH ORACLE, SAP, AND / OR PEOPLESOFT TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(S)***

As a member of the Transportation Team, will be responsible for design, configuration, and deployment phases of our transportation management system project
The key individual will be troubleshooting, performing training, business process, and operational change / support. Once the solution is implemented, this person will be actively responsible for the over acceptance, follow up, and support for those sites completing their first week of operationsResponsible for balancing the needs of many sites/tasks/projects
Perform daily interaction with the sites, carriers, regional support staff, and management is criticalInteraction with sites, carriers / carrier technical issue resolutionBulk plan performance for assigned sitesRate and location loadingSite monitoring post roll outSupport Implementation ManagersLevel 2 support for all sitesBase level configuration of GC3Query writing for reporting, and operations supportBusiness process change review and monitoringScheduled scorecards and reporting

REQUIREMENTS
Skills of interest:


At least 2 years experience with Glog/Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft Transportation Management system(s) (GC3)

Advanced desktop skills

Experience or have the ability to learn; MS Project, PowerPoint, Cognos, Business Objects, SQL, Manugistics, i2, Transplace, Logistics.com, Scheduling Software, and Data Base Management.
Advanced communication skills

Networking skills a plus

BA/BS degree (Business, transportation)
