RETAIL STORE MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is the Store Managers responsibility to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the store and the sales staff, maximize sales and create a focused environment. Other responsibilities include:

-Achieving weekly/sales projections
- Cost management (payroll and expenses)
- Manage, train and develop store personnel within established guidelines
- Maintain visual standards
- Ensure product knowledge
- Maintain communication with regional manager and corporate office
- Create and manage weekly and monthly store staff schedules
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent retail management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ideal candidates will have experience in optical management, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to perform effectively with remote supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as dictated by the needs of the business
