Overview:

Transfer of Accounts (TOA) looks for operations team-oriented,
customer service professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and fluid
work environment. Attention to detail, thoroughness, speed and
accuracy combined with strong client relationships are TOA's
hallmarks.


The Transfer of Accounts Department handles incoming and outgoing
transfer requests for Schwab Institutional Investment Advisors and
for Individual Investor clients. TOA has aggressive 2006 goals to
lead the industry by creating the best TOA experience for our
clients. A strong leader is needed to manage one of our processing
teams.


Description:


The TOA Team Manager is responsible for the business management of a
Schwab operations team in a processing/call center environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to: workflow management, handling
escalations, managing to established business metrics, and ensuring
adherence to firm/regulatory procedures.


Responsibilities include coaching, evaluating the performance, and
providing career development for your team. To be effective in this
role, the TOA Team Manager must demonstrate the ability to build
partnerships with clients and our internal service partners.


Requirements:

Five - six years in securities or financial services industry
One to two years in a leadership position.
Extensive knowledge of brokerage industry policies and
procedures.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills are required
to effectively gather data and interpret results.
Candidate must be flexible as the work schedule and role may
change with short notice due to business conditions and
activity.
Series 7, 63 and 8 (9/10) required
