Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for Charlotte install technicians. Support management with activities related to the operation of the Charlotte Installation Departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•Develop and manage install technicians.
•Responsible from maintaining all fleet vehicles in the Charlotte area.
•Help with scheduling of new install jobs.
•Work with the commercial sales team on installation of fire, burglar, access and CCTV in the Charlotte area.
•Support install/sales team with technical questions.
•Train all new install personnel.
•Manage technicians and consult with management on any issues/concerns.
•Work closely with management team to develop more efficient means of operation.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Assist with security at all CPI locations
•Perform as a CPI team player, support all requests, and provide superior customer service
•Maintain a minimum of a 40-hour workweek.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

•Minimum of three years experience in a residential and commercial install environment
•Thorough understanding of all CPI alarm systems (user interaction, troubleshooting, etc.)
•Complete MAS training within 30 days in position
•Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively
•Reliable transportation
•Clean criminal background and driving record
