Operations/Customer Service General Manager

Job Summary This position is responsible for the leadership and management of a large customer service and fulfillment center (approximately 200 employees) that works interdependently as part of a national operation providing legal and financial services to large law firms and Fortune 1000 corporations. The Manager will be expected to:
Work together with a talented group of general managers and leaders throughout the organization and lead the efforts of the office in improving processes, procedures, productivity, quality, and profitability.Mentor and develop members of the office to meet their full potential.Hire and evaluate the performance of individuals on the team.Foster teamwork within the office and among the various company offices.Development of revenue increase strategies (in an operations capacity in collaboration with the sales team, but not through direct selling); developing customer service employees' soft selling skills.Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are routinely present; meeting or exceeding client retention goals.
