Assist warehouse managers in assuring all customer orders and WETs are shipped.
Assist warehouse with internal/external communications.
Prepare and audit daily reports for shipping and related metrics.
Resolve all shipping discrepancies with external customers and assist warehouse staff with escalated concerns.
Conduct EH&S and 5S audits and launch programs to increase safety awareness throughout regional warehouses.
Assist with reducing inventory shrinkage and with damage returns, including ongoing physical inventory planning and implementation.
Partnership with Finance to correct purchase order exceptions and research root causes.
Additional responsibilities to include end of month report preparation of billings and shipments, and periodic training of equipment, systems, and other technologies, as necessary.
