We are hiring for the following position, Accounts Receivable Clerk, and we would love to hear from you!

ALTRES is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing company!

Duties include:
Accounts Receivable cash posting/deposits. Sorting mail, posting cash and making out deposit slips. Auto debit posting coding and posting the auto debits in the system.Processing credit applications. Doing trade references, credit card processing running charges through our credit card terminals and posting them into the system. Accounts Receivable aging collections. Calling customers for payment, sending demand letters, referrals to collection agencies, faxing invoices / time cards to customers and all other follow up aspects of collecting. Maintain Accounts Receivable filing. All areas of filing and purging at year end for the Accounts Receivable department.
