Ongoing Customer Service Needs

Purpose:
We currently have an ongoing need for qualified and dedicated customer service representatives throughout the Portland Metro area. Our openings include those with growing financial institutions, service providers and technical support companies.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for providing superior customer service by answering inbound calls and providing support to various parties. Furthermore, you will be performing data entry and always deal with customers in a professional manner.

Qualified candidates will have at least six months customer service experience in a call center environment and will be comfortable fielding a high volume of inbound calls and working in a fast paced environment. Additionally, for all customer service openings candidates must have the ability to work comfortable on a computer with multiple applications and be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
