On-Site Manager for Cooperative Housing

We are currently seeking a Manager for a housing cooperative located in Kansas City, Missouri. Applicant must be computer literate with strong customer relations skills. HUD software packages are used, and experience in this area is definitely a plus. This is a full-time position with a good salary & benefits package. REQUIREMENTS
Full time employment consists of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour break for lunch. Overtime typically is not required with the exception of Board of Director's meeting which are held once per month, usually on the first Tuesday. Attendance is required. Duties will include heavy customer service both on the phone and in person, posting of monthly payments received from residents, reconciliation and tracking of all resident accounts, maintaining the wait list, selling memberships in the cooperative, qualifying applicants, and preparing recertifications on an annual basis.
