Fast paced CPA firm has an immediate opening for an office assistant. Our firm offers a wide range of services to our individual and business clients. This individual must be an energetic, organized, personable self-starter with an eye for detail. This position will include administrative tasks such as typing, answering phones, filing, mail handling, light bookkeeping and other administrative tasks. Ability to handle confidential material and information is crucial.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Strong Client Service orientation required
Minimum of two years office experience
Well spoken both in person and over the phone.
Capable of handling detailed projects with accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting
Good computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office</UL

Responsibilities:
General office administration tasks
Filing and mail handling
Data entry into Quicken and/ or QuickBooks and bank reconciliations
Accounts receivable and light bookkeeping
General office duties

The successful and ideal candidate must be proactive. Candidates should have the confidence to work independently with the ability to communicate directly with our clients. We will provide bookkeeping and training to the right candidate

You must have worked in a small environment and have the desire to learn and understand our clients’ needs and expectations. We are conveniently located near the Mass Pike, Routes 30 & 9 in Framingham.
