Office Administrator

Provide management guidance, oversight and direct supervision to office services staff including mailroom, reception, administrative assistants and other personnel performing office support functions.
Recruit, interview, hire and train office staff, as necessary, in cooperation with Aon HR and established office standards.
Arranges for temporary office employment, as necessary, through Aon HR.
Assign staff based on work skills required to ensure that the support needs of the office are met.
Monitors work levels of office services group to ensure workload is balanced.
Make temporary shifts of duties to accommodate backlogs, special projects and urgent deadlines of overall office group.
Provide basic office orientation regarding office processes and procedures to all new employees.
Coordinates office services such as vending, machine repair, all building services from the landlord, security, catered lunches and other office function requirements of the business groups.
Receive and approve all vendor invoices, up to pre-approved limits.
Coordinate all office moves, required movement of IT and telecommunications equipment and other office facilities issues with Aon Corporate Shared Services Departments and Aon’s outsourced vendors.
Initiate internal communications to office staff regarding office/facility update issues, as required.
Provide executive level administrative support.SPECIAL SKILLS:
Working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint. Some database experience helpful.MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Business technical degree or 2 years of collegeMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
