Customer Service Representative
Field Service TechnicianSummary: Responsible for assisting inbound callers with establishing accounts, creating work orders and proper use of Miele products. User level troubleshooting to include fault codes and their causes / resolutions will be required.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.Answering a middle to high volume of inbound phone calls (50 -60 per day) from consumers, sales personnel and technicians
Creation of customer accounts and work orders in the CRM system
Proficiency in completing and documenting service calls and handling customer complaints with little or no manager intervention
Review and recommendation of operating manuals changes and enhancements.
Review and recommendation of FAQ’s and other web based applications available to serve consumersThe requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn electrical/mechanical principles.
User level experience with Microsoft Office software
6 months customer service experience and/or training (preferred).
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Accurate Typing and Computation Skills
Excellent Command of the English Language
Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Instruction
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Experience working with CRM business software
