Open position for INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS Senior Level Customer Service/Analyst with 5 plus years experience in a customer service role with industrial products or commodities or similar. These candidates will also have knowledge of the order process and how it translates to logistics and invoicing. Prior Peoplesoft CRM or Siebel CRM or other CRM software experience is helpful.

A successful candidate is one who possesses both a strong spirit of team work and a passion for delivery of excellence in customer service. Role promotes customer satisfaction and drives the Customer Experience through timely, accurate, and efficient order entry and resolution of customer issues to satisfy customer orders. Plays a key role in promoting being the preferred supplier for customers. Participates in forecasting and interfaces with customers and Account Managers to ensure ontime delivery and quality service and, when necessary, "trouble shoot" to solve distribution issues.

RESPONSIBILITES: • Receives and expedites orders, responding to customer inquiries and resolves shipping problems when required. Ensures product is available and delivered when promised. • Develops relationships with key contacts at customer sites and maintains ongoing contact with customers. Provides notifications and documentation needed (order confirmation, volume, date shipped,bills of lading, empty billing). • Maintains sales forecasts based on contracts, orders and dialogue with customers and the North American sales team. REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree in business preferred or equivalent work experience required. • 5+ years business experience in customer service role with INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS or Commodities or Manufactured products • Must have excellent communication, written and verbal, and relationship building skills. • Multitasking and problem solving in a timely manner essential. • MS Office Suite and basic database proficiency. • Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently.

Hours: typically works 40-45 hour week usually 8am-6pm with once every 8 weeks being on call for 24hours a day for the entire 7 day week.

The work location in Addison is convenient to the Dart Rail system.
