New Customer Specialist

Orkin Pest Control, a residential and business service provider, is seeking a talented individual to assist in telephone sales and customer service functions.

THE POSITION
Responsibilities include receiving inbound and placing outbound calls to promote and sell Orkin services, evaluating customer's current situation, and recommending level of service needed. Strong phone skills are required. Phone sales experience is a plus
The successful candidate will assist in daily customer service and sales functions. They will handle incoming telephone calls. The individual will work closely with the office manager and Branch manager in following up on customer service inquiries. They will talk to customers on a daily basis concerning sales and service questions.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
• some telephone sales experience or sales aptitude
• A thorough understanding of all Microsoft office applications • The ability to multi-task • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills • The ability to "self start" and work independently • The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
