New Build Small Business Relationship Manager - 69th St. &

New Build SBRMs are assigned a cluster of New Build Branches (2-3 New Build Branches) and are responsible for:

Prospecting and acquiring new Small Business customer relationships, up to $10MM in annual sales, for those New Build Branches.

Relationship Management of the Premier Small Business customers acquired in those New Build Branches.

Acting as the Small Business Banking subject matter expert and coaching, training, mentoring and guiding the branch staff to acquire, retain and expand the small business customer base in those New Build Branches.

REQUIREMENTS


3-5 years sales experience required with demonstrated strong sales and relationship management skills (i.e., sourcing, probing, handle objections, closing and relationship management).

Proficient in prospecting and relationship management of small businesses using a myriad of referral sources and relationship management tools.

Experience in selling and relationship management of small business prospects and customers, with consultative needs-based sales experience and a focus on cross-sell opportunities.

Strong competencies in advising clients with sales up to $10MM Segment on all levels of financial services.

Initiative to act, good decision making skills, self motivated, persistent, aggressive and innovative.

Customer focused with good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Ability to partner and influence

Strong ability to grasp concepts and processes

Bachelor's Degree in field related to financial services preferred; knowledge of business economics preferred; knowledge of deposit, loan and investment products, payment services, regulations and procedures related to these products and services.
