This service oriented position calls for an individual who has the ability to be responsible for the support of the Information Technology Department of A & B Process Systems. Under supervision, this intermediate level technical position will monitor and respond to hardware and software problems reported by users, will perform server backup and file restoration along with supporting the LAN/WAN and micro-environments of the company.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must genuinely enjoy working with people, have a pleasant disposition, and be willing and able to advance the goals of the organization by demonstrating competence in relevant subject areas.An Associates Degree in Information Technology coupled with a thorough understanding and ability to use all Microsoft applications is required.2-5 years PC/LAN/WAN experience in a professional Information Systems Department is preferred.Any IT certification is a definite plus.This position may require the need to work extended hours and weekends.
