Network Specialist - Associate - Patton Forest

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the preparation, care, sterilization and/or transportation of medical and/or surgical instruments, packs, supplies and equipment in the follows areas: Operating Room Equipment, Respiratory Therapy Equipment, Decontamination Room, Central Service Sets and Equipment, Sterilization or Courier Services. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Geisinger in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction.Works under the supervision of the Supervisor, Central Service Supply.

Demonstrated good hand/eye coordination. Demonstrated ability to perform arithmetic calculations and communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and other department staff.

Three years Central Sterile Supply experience preferred but willing to train.
