Network Field Technician required for travel between branch locations
and remote maintenance of a 11-node, 500 user network.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- laptop configuration
- workstation troubleshooting
- system training and assistance
- remote coordination with other IT staff for upgrades/maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
Skill set should focus on, but not be isolated to:- Windows 2000/XP/Server
- Terminal Client/Server
- Linux file/print services
- Web navigation proficiency
- Ability to communicate technical overview to non-technical peopleFlexible schedule, 'on-call' shifts for weekend coverage.Excellent benefits, an IT environment which is evolving and adapting
