National Operations Center Coordinator

National Operations Center CoordinatorWe are looking for National Operations Center Coordinators to support our 24X7 facility. We are seeking a full-time candidate to fill the Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM shift. Position may require working on holidays. Salary: mid 30Ks.Responsibilities:
•monitoring customer’s data centers for faults•answering emergency support calls from our customers•coordinating support calls with employees and vendors•following standard operating procedures•scheduling preventive maintenance visits
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•1-3 years of related experience in scheduling maintenance events and qualified personnel
•Strong customer service and phone skills, ability to handle large amounts of tasks, and ability to self prioritize multiple events
•Experience with HP OpenView or other related monitoring packages is a plus.•Candidates must be motivated team players that also have the ability to work well individually
