We are committed to extending and improving the lives of patients by creating and delivering innovations in cellular transplant therapies. The NMDP has facilitated over 25,000 transplants since 1987!
The opportunity
In this exciting, high-visibility position, located in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive national recruitment program focusing on collegiate, fire fighter, police officer/law enforcement and other service organizations. We’ll count on you to increase focused recruitment by 30-40% and provide ongoing program management.Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing or business. Four years of related experience in addition to the experience listed below may be substituted for a degree.
Three years of experience in program development and community program management
Experience identifying and managing volunteers ideal
Knowledge of current recruitment techniques and methods
Understanding of national initiatives and strategic planning activities
Familiarity with non-profit structure
Excellent writing and public presentation skills
Ability to direct, train, and monitor others
