National Account Executive's will be setting up face to face appointments to create new relationships that will lead to new business opportunities for the company.Target prospects will be Driving Force Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Vice Presidents of Technology, and Vice Presidents of HR.Travel throughout the United States is required.Responsibilities:Excellent researching and prospecting skills
Proven past performance selling to Fortune 500 companies.
Ability to evaluate national staffing needs of prospective clients and develop appropriate solutions.
Meet with decision makers (at regional and corporate levels) to present solutions- 8+ appointments a week.

REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree from accredited college or university.
4-6 years proven B2B outside sales experience and/or equivalent experience and training.
Minimum 2 years experience working with national level accounts.
Proven success selling to the executive level in a large enterprise organization.
Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling.
Documented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking.
Current employment in B2B outside sales position.
Experience working named account lists.
Experience developing a territory—significant cold calling & lead generation.
Documented success selling large complex accounts with multiple decision makers.Must be able to travel up to 50%.
Ability to work independently and be a team player.
Able to self motivate and work independently.
High activity sales cycle for generating new business.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
