Our Memphis International Airport location has a great opportunity for an experienced Restaurant management professional at one of Memphis's most respected restaurant concepts - Bol a Pasta! With a tradition of bringing fine quality Italian dining to the Memphis community for over 90 years, this concept has always been a favorite with locals and is sure to become a great choice for diners on the go, too! This position will also have responsibilities for local concepts, including BackYard Burgers.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate we seek for this upscale restaurant management position will possess at least 5 years of Multi-Unit, full-service dining experience. In addition to this supervisory expertise, excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and willingness to promote the store concept will be necessary. In this key role, the ability to train and develop associates and managers will be essential. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated knowledge of product, service, & quality standards, as well as equipment and operations standards.
