Job Description:
Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Move Manager/Coordinator for organizing, tracking and reporting on associate moves in a Corporate headquarters environment.

Scope of work includes both small and large-scale project moves, vendor management, coordination of work order tracking system, as well as some project coordination/support duties. REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage work within a fast-paced, changing environment is essential.
College degree is recommended but not required.
Position requires good strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Access, Excel and Outlook.
