Beautiful upscale new home division seeks outgoing, people-person for immediate hire! If you are looking to enjoy the benefits of part time work, while learning a great industry, here is your chance. This position will assist in running a model home and assist the sales person with all clerical functions. $10.00 per hour, plus you will receive a $250.00 bonus at the closing of each new home! Duties include:

Answering phones, greeting visitors at model home

Showing Model Home, answering questions, highlight important building features
