MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Supervise a team of approx 15 customer care associates, providing leadership and managing performance to achieve a range of sales, service and operational business goalsEstablish, monitor, coach and provide daily, weekly and monthly feedback regarding performance against required individual goal achievementDevelop and implement development and performance improvement plans as appropriateCommunicate and manage expectations for quality and accuracy of work, as well as key productivity metrics associated with service level achievements Identify variances and create effective plans to address gapsMonitor schedule adherence and attendance to insure compliance with standardsProvide motivation and leadership and role model expected behaviors in areas of job performance, work ethic standards, self-management and employee empowermentTogether with team, identify process improvement opportunities and proactively develop implementation plansMaintain a high level of product, process and competitive knowledgePunctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
EDUCATION: Must be willing to work flexible shifts and hours as center needs dictate2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment, primarily focused on customer care and salesExcellent organization and time management skill.Strong analytic skills and comfort in PC based reporting systems and processesAbility to maintain productivity under pressure and to multitask effectively
Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skillsMinimum of bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Maintain a valid driver's license and adequate automobile insurance. Maintain a high quality driving record, and carry valid proof of insurance at all times.
